Pad printing

Pad printing is an ideal method to decorate flat as well as curved objects. We have an extended range of pad printing machines to realise almost every decoration. This means we have the choise to use the most efficient machine for every task. Our two six colour machines print artworks in full colour (CMYK), even when a white base is required on a coloured product, or one or two spot colours are used. Other configurations are one, two and four colour machines.

We are proud that the first Tampoprint Concentra in Europe was installed in our factory. This machine handles designs in six colours of up to 125 mm in diameter. Long objects such as operating panels for the electronics and household industries can be decorated in one go with an artwork up to 500 mm.

Pretreatments for optimum adhesion on polypropylene or polyethylene are possible. For large orders we often integrate the pretreatment ‘in line’. Pick and place units and extended automation are also possible.
